SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY

Processing Time

Each unit is handcrafted with care and made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
    •    Pre-Order Units: Require 14–21 business days for completion (excluding weekends and holidays).
    •    Ready-To-Ship Units: Ship within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.
    •    Bundles, Lace, and Hair Products: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Please plan accordingly and place your order early if you need your unit by a specific date. If you have a special timeframe, feel free to reach out — I will do my best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with USPS PRIORITY •Standard Processing time for hair is within 3-7 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday. •(ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.) No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments
•No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed, such as an apartment number.
•Once your order is placed, no cancellations can be made. Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS office.

Pickup Policy
All orders must be claimed within the designated pickup window communicated at the time of purchase, 5-7 Business days. Dew From Heaven is not responsible for unclaimed orders and does not provide indefinite storage for purchased products. 


RETURN, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all wig units are made to order and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Wigs, lace products, and hair extensions are considered personal-use items and are not eligible for return under any circumstances once delivered.

Exceptions

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

In the rare event that Dew From Heaven makes an error in fulfillment (such as an incorrect item or confirmed manufacturing defect), we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Resolution may include, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement or remake of the item,

  • Store credit, or

  • A partial refund when appropriate.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and/or video documentation. Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Dew From Heaven reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • Lace intact

  • In original packaging

Approval must be received prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled on the same day they are placedbefore 11:59 PM EST.

Once production or customization begins, orders cannot be canceled, and payment becomes final and non-refundable.

By placing an order with Dew From Heaven, you acknowledge and agree to this policy at the time of purchase.


Digital Products & Ebooks

All digital items, including Vendors and guides, are final sale.
By purchasing, you agree not to resell, copy, or distribute this material in any form.
All digital content is copyrighted and owned exclusively by Dew From Heaven.

By placing an order, you agree not to file a Dispute or Chargeback for any physical or digital products. You also agrees to ALL policies stated above.
